Your mission

We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of our existing client portfolio while contributing to new business acquisition across the Life Sciences sector.
This role combines strategic account development (≈70%) with new business support (≈30%), focusing on long-term value creation and sustainable revenue growth.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management within Consulting, Pharma, or Life Sciences
  • Strong track record in developing and growing long-term key accounts; experience in new business acquisition is a plus
  • Strong commercial drive with a clear focus on revenue growth and closing deals
  • Established network within the Pharma and Life Sciences industry is a plus
  • Experience in areas such as Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, IT, or Data Management is highly desirable
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level
  • Structured, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented working style
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing complex sales pipelines
  • Fluent in German and English (German at negotiation level minimum)
  • High willingness to travel across Europe

  • Development, expansion, and strategic management of key accounts across Europe, with a focus on Germany
  • Identify and realize growth opportunities within existing clients (upselling and cross-selling of consulting services)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and C-level executives
  • Support new business acquisition activities, including lead generation, qualification, and selected outreach initiatives
  • Proactively identify client needs and translate them into tailored consulting solutions in close collaboration with internal teams
  • Shape business opportunities across Regulatory, Quality, Operational Excellence, Data Management, and AI domains
  • Ownership of proposal processes and active involvement in commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure smooth project transition and execution
  • Representation of the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
  • Structured management and tracking of all sales activities within CRM systems
  • Contribution to overall sales strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives
  • Support of partner and co-selling activities with implementation and technology partners
