Senior / Principal Consultant – Quality (m/w/d) Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Poland or Croatia - Remote · Full-time

Your mission 

• Lead projects that matter: You advise our clients on the design, optimization and digitalization of quality management systems and quality-related business processes from QMS strategy toeQMSimplementation and go-live — on Veeva Vault Quality and other leading platforms.
  
  
• Own your results: As Senior Consultant, you independently steer work packages, sub-projects and small to mid-sized engagements.As Principal Consultant, you take charge of complex projects and program segments across the full lifecycle, from analysis and concept to implementation and go-live.
  
  
• Make change stick: You analyze existing structures and processes, spot improvement potential and develop sustainable solutions together with our clients. Furthermore, you make sure new processes,methodsand digital tools actually take root in the organization.
  
  
• Be the personclientstrust:You’rethe main contact at project level, working at the interface of business,ITand management. You run workshops, conductinterviewsand translate requirements from interdisciplinary teams into concepts that work in practice.
  
  
• Keep compliance practical: You advise on regulatory requirements and best practices in the life sciences environment and develop pragmatic, compliance-ready solutions 
  
  
• Help us grow: You bring your experience into presales,proposalsand the development of our consulting portfolio. As Principal Consultant, you gradually take on more ownership for client relationships and new business with our full support.
  
  
• Share what you know: You support the professional development of our consultants, contribute to our Communities ofPracticeand help shape our Quality service offering.
  
  
• Show up for the industry: YourepresentMAIN5 at conferences, clienteventsand industry forums.

Your profile 

• A university degree in life sciences, pharmacy, computer science or a related field or a comparable background with relevant experience.
  
  
• Solid experience in Quality Management:You’vespent years in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry or consulting, with a clear focus on quality processes,systems and GxPrequirements. How deep that experience runs determines whether you join as Senior or Principal.
  
  
• Hands-one QMS expertise — Veeva Vault Quality in particular:You’ve worked with eQMS platforms in implementation,migration or optimization projects, ideally including Veeva Vault Quality (e.g.QMS,QualityDocs). Also, you are at home in the GxP world, from GMP and Health Authority requirements to quality standards and industry’s best practices.
  
  
• A real consulting toolbox: Structured problem solving, process analysis, project management, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management are things you do, not just buzzwords on your CV.
  
  
• Client presence: You present complex topics clearly, handle demanding stakeholders with confidence and keep your cool when priorities shift.
  
  
• For Principal level: You enjoy the commercial side of consulting: developing client relationships and shaping new business feels like a natural next step, not a chore.
